Sydney Smith: Absolutely amazing personal trainer! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and tough (in the best way), but her dedication and support helped me shed 35 pounds and achieve the fitness level I never thought possible. Her beauty is just an added bonus to her exceptional skills in getting you jacked and reaching your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I think joining Sydney Smith Fitness was the best decision I made this year. With one to one enjoyable training sessions with Sydney Smith, suitable meal plans prepared by her on the basis of my needs, her constantly being in touch with me about my health, my fitness, my meals, and even I how mentally feeling keeps me positive, motivated and drive me to work harder on loosing my weight and yes, definitely  worth of all your money if you think about that aspect too.

Been working out with Sydney for two years. She is highly knowledgeable and highly supportive. She has strong intuition on when it's time to push her client and when it's time to ease off. Besides the actual workouts ... which are as challenging as you're willing for them to be ... she provides excellent support and advice for recovery, nutrition and meal plans, etc. She genuinely cares about her clients' success meeting their goals. If you bring your A-game she can truly help you get to the physical condition you want for yourself.

I’m training with Sydney Smith currently and I love it!! She really pushes me to do my best and is always in contact with me and constantly checking in with my progress. She even gives me food advice when asked and had a very flexible schedule and is very understanding. She is super funny and cool to work out with and I would greatly recommend her!

I lose 10 lbs in 2 months, cannot recommend Sydney any more! I tried with other personal trainer at my school and the coach at school kept being late. I felt my money was throw into water and then I trained myself for a long time. Unfortunately I did not get the result that I expected. I was frustrated and chose to give a shot to personal trainer again in the gym which is close to my home. This time I was lucky and found Sydney! She is professional and knows how and when to push. She told me the proper way to move and encourage me! She also gives out practical nutrition plans for which I will not feel hungry and can still enjoy my preferred food. What I need to do is just follow her and stick to the recommended plan, then I lose 10 pounds, naturally!

I can't recommend Sydney enough; despite regularly working out and trying to eat well, I only saw the results that I wanted when I committed to the meal plan and workout plan that she made for me. She challenged me while also accommodating my lifestyle and the plan she made for me was truly tailored which made is so much easier for me to follow it. She is clearly knowledgable but also willing to continue learning to best help her clients.

Sydney was an amazing trainer, she catered meal plans according to my busy schedule and would always reply right away whenever i messaged her.  Worth every penny and will help you reach your goals in half of the time it would take you if you were to do it alone. Can not recommend her enough, the best!!

I have been training with Sydney for around 5 months, and she has been a fantastic trainer. This was my first time going to the gym, and she made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. During my time with her, she helped me prepare for military school training. She pushed my body beyond my wildest imagination; I lost weight and gained a fair amount of muscle.
